Domestic Freight ShipmentsLarge orders such as vanities, bathtubs, and other oversized products may be shipped using common LTL carriers or truckload service. We work with a large network of trucking and transportation companies across Canada. This allows us to arrange transportation for orders of different sizes and deliver to destinations throughout the country. Our goal is to provide a shipping method that is cost-effective, efficient, and safe. Freight charges must be prepaid by the customer unless otherwise arranged. LTL freight charges may be prepaid by Toronto Vanity and added to the final invoice. Delivery Schedule Freight deliveries are generally completed on business days, Monday through Friday. International ShipmentsFor large international orders, including vanities and bathtubs, we work with shipping lines and freight forwarders to arrange delivery to destinations outside Canada. Our team will help determine the most appropriate shipping method and will ensure merchandise is packed carefully to maximize available space and reduce the risk of damage during transportation. Customer Trucking Company PickupCustomers may arrange pickup using their own trucking or freight company. Orders will be checked and securely wrapped on pallets before pickup. If required, please contact us for pallet dimensions and weight so your transportation company can prepare an accurate freight quote. AvailabilityWe make every effort to keep as many products as possible in stock. However, high demand or manufacturer availability may occasionally result in longer fulfillment or shipping times. If any product in your order is backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. Order PickupWe keep many products in stock at our showroom and warehouse locations. If your products are not immediately available for pickup, we will prepare your order as quickly as possible based on product availability and order size. In many cases, orders may be ready the same business day. Delivery Address RequirementsMerchandise must be delivered to a valid residential or business street address. P.O. boxes are not accepted. This enables us to book any size container and deliver to any destination within Canada. This means you get your merchandise the least expensive, the fastest & safest way possible. Freight charges are required to be prepaid by the customers in advance; LTL freights are usually prepaid by us, and the charges will be showed in the invoice. Merchandises are delivered during business days (Monday through Friday). International Shipments for Large Orders (e.g. Vanities, Bathtubs, etc.): We work with shipping lines & freight forwarders to deliver your merchandise to any destination around the world. We will provide you the best shipping method and the best service as far as packing the merchandise properly using up the maximum space avoiding any breakage & damages.
