Shipping Methods
  We offer numerous Shipping Methods as listed below. Shipping charges are based on shipping method and variables such as, weight, qty, destination, etc.  For small orders, rates will be shown at checkout before completing your order. For large orders, please contact us for best shipping rates.

Canadian Shipping Methods for Small Orders (e.g. Faucets, Shower Equipment, etc.):

Canada USPS Priority (1-3 weeks)

This service offers tracking and insurance. Delivery time is estimated from 7-21 days.  Items on back order will be shipped Canada Tracked Lite.


International Shipping Methods for Small Orders (e.g. Faucets, Shower Equipment, etc.):

DHL Global Mail (2-8 weeks)

Your package will ship via DHL Global Mail Service. Delivery time is estimated from 2-8 weeks. Items on back order will ship DHL Global Mail.


Intl USPS w/tracking (1-3 weeks)

Your package will ship via United States Postal Service express international service. This service offers tracking capabilities and insurance. Delivery time is estimated from 1 -3 weeks. Items on back order will ship Intl Tracked Lite.


UPS Saver

This service offers full tracking capabilities and guaranteed time-frame delivery.  Delivery estimate of 3-6 business days. Items on back order will ship Intl Tracked Lite.


UPS Worldwide Expedited

This service offers full tracking capabilities and guaranteed time-frame delivery.  Delivery estimate of 2-5 business days. Items on back order will ship Intl Tracked Lite.


UPS Worldwide Express

This service offers full tracking capabilities and guaranteed time-frame delivery.  Delivery time of 2-3 business days. Items on back order will ship Intl Tracked Lite.


Domestic Shipments (Via Common LTL) Carrier or Truckload for Large Orders (e.g. Vanities, Bathtubs, etc.):
We work with a large number of trucking and transportation companies around the country. This enables us to book any size container and deliver to any destination within Canada. This means you get your merchandise the least expensive, the fastest & safest way possible. Freight charges are required to be prepaid by the customers in advance; LTL freights are usually prepaid by us, and the charges will be showed in the invoice.

International Shipments for Large Orders (e.g. Vanities, Bathtubs, etc.):
We work with shipping lines & freight forwarders to deliver your merchandise to any destination around the world. We will provide you the best shipping method and the best service as far as packing the merchandise properly using up the maximum space avoiding any breakage & damages. 

Customer Trucking Company Pick Up
The orders will be checked and wrapped properly on high pallets. We will provide you the best service to avoid extra cost and also lower the freight cost.

Availability
We will keep as many products as possible in stock. Due to a heavy demand for a particular product, we might not have it in stock or the manufacturer may not be able to make it fast enough. This will result in a slightly longer total shipping time. We will notify you if any of your products are on "backorder".


Will Call (pick up)
We will keep as many products as possible in stock at our showroom location. In case your products are not available for pick up, we will have your order ready in short period of time, based on the order size (Usually next business day).


Local Delivery
Your merchandise will be delivered to your home or business only. P.O. boxes are not acceptable. Customer should make sure to provide us an accurate street address that all merchandise can be delivered to. Merchandises are delivered during business days (Monday through Friday).




Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. At the moment we only ship to USA and Canada
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping for large items such as Vanities, Bathtubs and Toilets cannot be calculated online.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page and select "Contact us for lower rates". We will process your order shortly after we receive it and forward your information to our shipping broker, to find the lowest shipping cost on your order. Your order usually ships the next day, after we receive full payment.
What is the return policy?
 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund, or exchange within 30 days. All returns or exchanges must be returned in like brand new condition, with the original package, and a copy of your original invoice. TORONTO VANITY has the right to refuse any returned items that have no package, are damaged, scratched, or have been Installed or used.

Returns:


We refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice within 7 days of pick up. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid with your order are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We exchange any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice within 30 days, from the date your order was picked up or delivered. All items returned for exchange, must be returned in the original package, in like brand new condition.

Items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged if:

· Any items that show signs that have been previously installed

· Broken or scratched items

· Items without an Invoice

· Items missing the original package

For items returned that have to be repacked by our staff, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Items deemed defective:

TORONTO VANITY gives the right to it’s customers to fully Inspect purchased products at the time of pick up or delivery. If you receive an item that is defected, you have 48h to report any damages / Manufacturing defects, from the date is was picked up or delivered.
